Slow Downs

Missing Certification Proof
Failure to upload the actual PTCB or NHA certificate is the most common cause for application pendency.
Name Discrepancies
Ensure the name on your application exactly matches the name on your certification and government ID to avoid verification failures.
Incomplete Training Documentation
Submitting proof from a program that does not meet one of the Board's specific approval pathways will result in denial.
