What You'll Need

  • Official Transcripts — Must be sent directly from your ACPE-accredited pharmacy school to transcripts.pharmacy@bop.oregon.gov.

How to Apply

  1. Pass Required Exams
    You must pass both the NAPLEX and the Oregon MPJE before submitting an application to the Board. Registration is handled through NABP.

    Complete the mandatory one-hour pain management module provided by the Oregon Pain Management Commission (OPMC) before applying.

30 hours of CPE are required every two years, including 2 hours of Law, 2 hours of Patient Safety, and 2 hours of Cultural Competency.
What is the one-time pain management CE requirement?
