Endorsement Steps

  1. Step 1

    Complete Education & Supervised Practice

    Earn a bachelor's or master's degree (a master's is now required by CDR). Complete a dietetic internship of no less than 900 hours under the supervision of a licensed/registered dietitian.

  2. Step 2

    Pass the CDR Examination

    Successfully pass the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Registration Examination for Dietitians. A letter verifying your RD status must be sent directly from the CDR.

  3. Step 3

    Submit the Online Application via OPLC

    Create an account on the New Hampshire OPLC online portal, complete the initial application, and pay the $110 fee.

  4. Step 4

    Provide Verification Documents

    Ensure the CDR sends your verification. Additionally, if you received your RD card on or after January 1, 2001, you must provide official transcripts and verification of internship hours directly from your supervisor.
