Slow Downs

Non-Original Signatures
Submitting a faxed, emailed, or digitally signed application will result in immediate rejection. Only original 'wet' signatures are accepted.
Incomplete Fingerprint Cards
Missing data fields or cards dated over one year old will cause the application to be rejected.
Incorrect Payment Method
Sending cash or a personal check when only money orders or specific credit card forms are requested (depending on the specific form version) can delay processing.
