Submit Initial Application ▾Complete the online Pharmacist application and pay the non-refundable $70 application fee.

Complete Fingerprint Background Check ▾Follow the board's instructions to obtain and submit fingerprint cards to the Montana Department of Justice for a state and federal background check.
