How to Apply

Register for an account on the Missouri Professional Registration (MOPRO) portal to begin the online application process.

Complete Application and Jurisprudence Exam
▾
Fill out the application form. All initial applicants must complete the Jurisprudence Examination (Section L of the application) and achieve a score of at least 75%.
Submit Application Fee
▾
Pay the $25 non-refundable application fee. If applying by paper, make checks payable to the Missouri Board of Healing Arts.
Request Official Transcripts
▾
Have your university send official transcripts directly to the Board. A doctoral degree in audiology is required for initial licensure.

▾
Request that your Praxis examination scores be sent directly to the Board from ETS.

▾

Verify Reciprocity Eligibility
▾
Applicants holding a current ASHA CCC-A or a license in another state with equivalent standards may apply by reciprocity.
Submit Application and Fee
▾
Complete the standard application form and pay the $25 fee. Note that reciprocity applicants are generally exempt from submitting transcripts and Praxis scores.

Request official verification of licensure from every state where you have ever held a license.
