How to Apply

Create an Online Profile ▾Register for an account on the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) online portal (eDOPL).
Create eDOPL Account -
Register for the PDMP ▾Apply for a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) account. When prompted for a license number, enter 'pending'.
Register for PDMP -
Submit Online Application ▾Log in to eDOPL and select 'Apply for a License'. Choose 'Pharmacist' and the 'Application' method. Pay the $110 application fee and $32 background check fee.
Start Application -
Complete Fingerprinting ▾Obtain a fingerprint card (FD-258) and have prints taken by a law enforcement agency. Mail the completed card to the Board's Boise office. Scanned copies are not accepted.
Fingerprint Instructions -
Submit Certificate of Graduation ▾Have your pharmacy school complete the official Certificate of Graduation form and mail it directly to the Board with the school seal affixed.

Register for NAPLEX ▾Create an NABP e-Profile and register for the NAPLEX. Idaho does not require the MPJE exam.
