How to Apply

Register for Exams ▾Register for the NAPLEX and MPJE through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP).
Register with NABP -
Submit Online Application ▾Complete the initial online application and pay the required fees through the Georgia Board of Pharmacy online portal.

Submit Supplemental Packet ▾Download, complete, and notarize the Pharmacist Online Application Supplement Packet. This must be mailed to the Board office in a 9x12 envelope.

Complete Fingerprinting ▾Register with IdentoGO using Service Code 2TGRNG and Reviewing Agency GAP236151 to complete the required background check.
Schedule Fingerprinting -
Verify Internship Hours ▾Ensure 1,500 hours of approved internship are on file. If hours were obtained out-of-state, request certification from that state's board.

Pass Examinations ▾Achieve a minimum score of 75 on both the NAPLEX and the Georgia MPJE.

Requirements ▾

NABP License Transfer ▾Initiate the Electronic Licensure Transfer Program (ELTP) through NABP to have your credentials sent to Georgia.
