Slow Downs

Notarization Errors
Failure to have the citizenship affidavit or supplemental forms notarized will result in the application being returned.
Premature Fingerprinting
Registering for fingerprints before the Board has received your application can lead to the background check results not being properly linked to your file.
Incomplete Internship Certification
Delays often occur when out-of-state internship hours are not certified directly to the Georgia Board by the other state's Board of Pharmacy.
