Slow Downs

Missing Intern Hour Verification
Delays occur when the School of Pharmacy or out-of-state board fails to send the 1,500-hour verification directly to the Commission.
Unsigned Photograph
Applications are often held if the required passport photo is not signed on the back by the applicant.
Sequential Application Filing
Waiting to apply for the state license until after registering for exams (or vice versa) can delay the issuance of the Authorization to Test (ATT).
Incomplete NABP Transfer
For reciprocity, failing to complete the NABP eLTP process before submitting the state application prevents the Commission from reviewing the file.
