How to Apply

Register with NABP ▾Create an e-Profile with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) to register for the NAPLEX and MPJE exams.

Submit Alaska Application ▾Complete the Pharmacist License Application (Form #08-4032) either online through the MY LICENSE portal or via paper. The application must be signed and notarized.
