Slow Downs

Fingerprint Rejection
Poor quality or smudged prints are the most common cause of delay. Ensure prints are taken by a professional and follow all card instructions.

Stale Documents
Verifications or applications older than 12 months are considered 'stale' and must be resubmitted.
Missing PDMP Registration
Pharmacists must be registered with the Alaska Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) before a license can be fully processed or renewed.
